Lucky 91 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky 91 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Lucky 91 website or application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the Lucky 91 platform, including but not limited to the game lobby, live casino, sports betting, Bingo, crash games and all associated promotional offers. Where specific products or promotions carry additional terms, those additional terms apply alongside these General Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Lucky 91 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To use the Lucky 91 platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or playing.

Lucky 91 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds may be held for review. This policy exists to protect minors and will be enforced without exception.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on the Lucky 91 platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address and a contact number. This information must remain current — you are responsible for updating your account details if any of them change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Lucky 91 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support as soon as you notice it.

Lucky 91 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. Verification documents typically include a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on Lucky 91 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance quickly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. Lucky 91 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Processing times for withdrawals depend on the method selected and verification status of your account. Lucky 91 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly, but does not guarantee specific turnaround times.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods that belong to the account holder.
• Lucky 91 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for details.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Lucky 91 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions and seasonal offers tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other sporting occasions.

Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the Promotions page and must be read before accepting any bonus.

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after the required deposit has been confirmed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements — the eligible games list is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Lucky 91 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these Terms will be voided along with any winnings generated from them.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible player unless the specific terms state otherwise.

If you are unsure about the terms of a specific bonus before accepting it, contact customer support. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has begun, the terms of that bonus are fixed for its duration.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Lucky 91 platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, Bingo and virtual sports — are governed by their own individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

Game outcomes on Lucky 91 are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for software-based games, and by live dealer action for live casino products. Lucky 91 does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are provided by established third-party game developers.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed — they cannot be amended or cancelled after submission.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Lucky 91 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by a player's internet connection, device failure or power outage.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at the time of bet placement apply.
• Winnings from games are credited to the player's account balance and are available for withdrawal subject to the terms in Section 4.

For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer are final. For sports betting, results are determined by the official outcome as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport in question — including Cricket Pakistan board rulings for PSL and international matches.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Lucky 91 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games or any competitive format on the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits, gameplay and withdrawals.
• Placing bets as part of any coordinated scheme designed to abuse bonus offers or promotions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Lucky 91 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Privacy and Data

Lucky 91 collects, stores and processes player data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Inactivity for an extended period as defined in the platform's operational policies.

A player may also choose to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability
